ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
We do not use ready fabrics. We make our handwoven fabric. Handwoven fabric created by weaving which is woven on a loom that is operated by hand, also known as a handloom.
All of our products are handmade, every piece is slightly different. Your order will resemble what is shown in the photos but might not look exactly the same. There may be “irregularities” in the weave, dye, print, etc. due to the hand-crafted nature of these textiles. These are not flaws. We think that they add to the fabric’s charm and natural beauty! Each piece is unique and beautifully imperfect, just like people!
We use 100% natural wool, cotton, and silk yarns that do not include polyester/nylon materials.
We also use wool in our fabrics and home accessories. The majority of this is sourced from Greece. We work with local suppliers that source from farms that do not employ the ‘mulesing’ technique – a controversial practice performed on sheep to prevent parasitic infection.
