Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the needs of our customers, whether you’re located within Greece, in an EU country, or anywhere else in the world.

1. Domestic Shipping (Greece)

  • Shipping Carrier: ELTA Courier
  • Shipping Cost: Free of charge
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on location but typically range between 2 to 5 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s progress.

2. International Shipping (EU Countries)

  • Shipping Carrier: International shipping partners (usually tracked services)
  • Shipping Cost: 25 €.
  • Free Shipping: All orders within the EU region over 350€. are eligible for free shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Orders to EU countries typically take between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.

3. International Shipping (Rest of the World)

  • Shipping Carrier: International shipping partners (usually tracked services)
  • Shipping Cost: 35 €.
  • Free Shipping: All orders over 450€. are eligible for free shipping.
  • Delivery Time: International orders outside the EU typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Order Processing Time

– In Stock Items

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are unable to change addresses once the order has been processed.

– Pre-Order Items and/or Custom Made Orders

  • What are Pre-orders? Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. We do not use ready fabrics. Handwoven fabric created by weaving which is woven on a loom that is operated by hand, also known as a handloom. Preparing the loom for the new custom product is a time-consuming process. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
  • PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 3 TO 7 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.
  • BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:
    • Pre orders require payment to be made at checkout.
    • Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
    • We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 7 weeks. We will ship orders the moment weaving and preparation are completed.
    • Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 7 weeks due to several factors (If the looms are already full for previous pre-orders)
    • Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
    • If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, in-stock items will be shipped first.
    • Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions
    • Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.
    • Once the products have landed and received by our team. You will then be informed via email or message.

  • How long will it take to ship out my pre-order? : We will ship pre-orders the moment weaving and preparation are completed.

  • In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are a few restricted areas that we may not be able to ship to. If this applies to your order, you will be notified immediately.
  • Custom Made Orders: Please note that custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds and cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
  • Duties and Taxes: International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees that are imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, or delays with the courier service. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • We may request that you provide photos of the damaged items or packaging in order to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
