1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Condition of Items: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. If the item is damaged, used, or altered, it will not be eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made orders and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at email (lebades.lesvos@gmail.com) or contact information to inform us of your intent to return the item. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item if it meets all the return eligibility criteria.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Defective or Damaged Items

We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process the claim.
6. Special Circumstances
- Late Returns: If the return request is made after the 14-day return period, we will not be able to process the return or issue a refund.
- Custom-Made Orders: Custom-made or personalized orders are not refundable, except in the case of defect or error in production. These items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be resold.
