  • Non-Returnable Items:<\/strong>\u00a0Custom-made orders and items marked as \u201cfinal sale\u201d are not eligible for return or refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Pack the Item:<\/strong>\u00a0Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Return Shipping:<\/strong>\u00a0The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        • Custom-Made Orders:<\/strong>\u00a0Custom-made or personalized orders are not refundable, except in the case of defect or error in production. These items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be resold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
